
Member of the Board of Directors
Prior to joining the Alfa-Bank board, Andrzej Podsiadlo was President of the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski SA (2002-2006). From 1995-2002 he was President of the Management Board of Powszechny Bank Kredytowy S.A. and before that he served as Vice-President of the Management Board of PKO BP (1994-1995).
From 1978-1988 he served as Director of the Economic Policy Team and as Director of the Economic Analysis Team in the Planning Commission at the Council of Ministers of Poland. From 1989-1992 he worked at the Ministry of Finance — first as Undersecretary and later as Secretary of State.
Mr Podsiadlo has served on several boards, including those of the Red Cross and the Warszawska Szkola Bankowa (Warsaw Banking School). He is currently a member of the Board of the National Museum in Warsaw.
Andrzej Podsiadlo holds a degree in Economics and a Ph.D. in Economic Sciences. He was born in Poland on 2 December 1950.
