Managing Director, Head of Equities
Dominic Gualtieri joined Alfa-Bank in 2000 as the Head of Equities and a Managing Director. He is responsible for the Bank’s equity brokerage and distribution through its international offices in London, New York, Kiev and Nicosia as well as for leading the sales and trading teams in Moscow. He also oversees the Bank’s research efforts in Russia and Ukraine. He was involved in all of the Bank’s capital markets transactions since 2001 including the placements of Wimm-Bill-Dann, Integra, Amtel-Vredestein, OGK-5, NLMK, Novatek and Rosneft.
Prior to joining the Bank he was Group Managing Director of Franklin Templeton Asset Management in South Africa and previously headed Templeton’s Moscow office. He is licensed by the FSFM as an asset manager. Since 2001 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of RTS.
He holds an MA in Economics from the University of Toronto and was twice awarded the Simcoe Fellowship for academic achievement.
