Managing Director, Head of Corporate Finance
Gene Moldavsky joined Alfa-Bank in 2007 as Head of Corporate Finance responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity and Debt Capital Markets.
Before joining Alfa-Bank, Gene was Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank and led a number of groundbreaking transactions over a four-year period. Prior to that, in 1997-2000, he worked as Vice President at Renaissance Capital Investment Bank where he focused on transactions in the TMT, metals and consumer products industries. In 1996-1997, Moldavsky was a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and from 1993 to 1996 worked in the USA for Andersen Consulting (ACCENTURE) as Senior Consultant.
Gene Moldavsky holds a BA degree from Boston University School of Management where he graduated in 1993 Summa Cum Laude with concentrations in Finance and Management Information Systems.
