Andrey Shibanov joined Alfa-Bank in 2005. Before joining the Bank he headed Human Resources at Renaissance Capital in 2003-2005 and at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 1996-2003. From 1993-1996 he was Human Resources consultant at Électricité de France.
Born in 1965, Andrey Shibanov graduated from the Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages in Nizhniy Novgorod in 1989. He also holds a Diploma in Management from the Copernik Programme (France) and a certification as Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) awarded by the Society for Human Resource Management (USA).
