Maxim Topper is primarily responsible for managing the Bank’s global correspondent banking network and for developing its international operations in trade finance and capital markets.
Before joining the Bank in 1997, he served as the Russian and CIS representative for Republic National Bank of New York in Moscow (1995-1996). Prior to this, he worked as Telecom R&D Project Manager at BSD International (1994-1995) and as a manufacturing and export consultant (1991-1994).
Mr Topper holds a BA in International Economics and Trade from Carleton University in Canada. He was born in Moscow on 2 May 1970.
