Director for the development of SME business of Alfa-Bank

Csaba Zentai is responsible for the further development of effective banking products and services that are aimed at meeting the needs of small and medium-sized companies.

Mr Zentai joined Alfa-Bank from Citibank (Hungary) where he was Head of Commercial Banking responsible for the development of the SME business sector (2004-2006), and where he also headed the Asset Based Finance division (2000-2004). Prior to that, Mr Zentai managed the leasing development at ABN Amro (Hungary) and was a member of the Board of Directors of ABN Amro’s Pension Fund (1998-2000). Before working at ABN Amro, he worked at GE Capital in Hungary and the USA (1995-1998). From 2002 to 2006, Csaba Zentai was Deputy Chairman of the Hungarian Leasing Association.

Csaba Zentai was born in Hungary on 14 August 1970. He holds diplomas from Eotvos University of Science in Budapest and GE Capital University (USA), and also MBA and DMS qualifications from Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College (UK).
