Alfa Banking Group is organized into three main business segments: corporate banking, retail banking and investment banking.
OJSC Alfa-Bank is the lead operating entity of ABH Financial Ltd., the parent company of Alfa Banking Group. The corporate and retail banking activities of Alfa Banking Group are principally carried out through OJSC Alfa-Bank and its subsidiaries. Investment banking activities are principally carried out through Alfa Capital Holdings (Cyprus) Ltd. and certain other subsidiaries. A substantial part of the Group’s activities is carried out in the Russian Federation. OJSC Alfa-Bank accounts for the majority of assets of Alfa Banking Group. It also generates a large portion of operating income and issues a significant amount of loans within the Group.
