Head of Mortgages
Ilya Zibareff is responsible for the Mortgages division at Alfa-Bank.
Before joining Alfa-Bank in 2005, Ilya Zibareff was the Head of Business Development with responsibilities in distribution channels and regional development at DeltaCredit Bank and at CityMortgageBank (2002-2004). Before that he was a lawyer for the Legal Department of the Government of St Petersburg (specifically in corporate, investment and construction legislation), and worked for the External Economic Relations Department of the Government of St Petersburg as US Affairs Officer (with focus on development of trade and investment relations with US companies and governments, local investment legislation development).
Born in 1974 in St Petersburg, Ilya Zibareff graduated from St Petersburg State University’s Law Faculty in 1996. He also holds a Diploma in Political Science from London School of International Relations at the University of Kent, Canterbury (2000).
