Vladimir Tatarchuk

Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board, Head of Corporate Banking

Vladimir Tatarchuk is a Head of Corporate Banking at Alfa-Bank. He also supervises the Bank’s branch network and coordinates subsidiary banks in Kazakhstan and the Netherlands. He is responsible for corporate market transactions, lending and credit policy, trade, finance, structural and project finance, leasing and well as supervising the Bank’s branch network and subsidiary banks.

Vladimir is a member of the Supervisory Board of Amsterdam Trade Bank.

In 1995 he joined Alfa Capital, an investment bank within Alfa Group until it merged with Alfa-Bank in 1998. He served there as Head of the Legal Department and was a member of the Management Board until 1998. Vladimir then joined Alfa-Banks’ Corporate Finance Department where he was a member of the Executive Board and Head of the Department. During this time he focused on M&A deals in telecommunications, energy, pharmaceuticals, and food production in Russia and Ukraine.

Vladimir Tatarchuk graduated from the Law faculty at Moscow State University in 1997 and has a diploma in Executive Management from Business School INSEAD IEP.
