Ivan Shuvalov

Senior Telecommunications, IT and Media Analyst

Ivan earned an engineering degree from the Moscow State University of Aviation. After graduation, he worked for MegaFon coordinating mobile network roll-out projects. In 2002, he enrolled at the University of Washington graduate school, where he earned MSEE and MBA degrees.
