Before joining Alfa Bank, Ronald worked at ING Bank (Eurasia) as Director and Head of Moscow Research. Prior to that, he held senior positions at Renaissance Capital (Moscow) and Citigroup Asset Management (Stamford, Connecticut). Ronald holds an MBA from the University of Texas and an MA in Political Science from Texas A&M University.
