Mr. Oskar Hartmann was elected to become a member of the Board of Directors of Alfa Bank Russia. In his role he will oversee the development of the Bank’s Digital Strategy.

Oskar Hartmann is a well-known expert both in the internet industry as well as in the retail market. Was born in 1982 in Kazakhstan. At the age of 7 he moved with his parents to Germany. Graduated from WHU — Otto Beisheim School of Management (Germany). Holds MBA degree from University of Hawaii (USA).
From 2004 to 2006 served at Moscow office of BMW in Malasia. In 2006 joined Russian office of Boston Consulting Group, where he was responsible for developing business strategy for international companies. In 2008 founded KupiVIP.ru — Russia’s leading online shopping club offering special online sale events every day on a great selection of fashion brands, which in 2011raised USD 55 mln of investments, which was an outstanding record for Russian market. In 2010 Oskar became the founder and co-investor of Fast Lane Ventures — Russia’s leading company in internet business and he joined the list of TOP-30 people in Russian internet business by Forbes magazine in 2011. In 2015 launched Aktivo.ru and in 2016 an on-line service for car repairs CarFix. In November of 2016 Mr. Hartmann was awarded a special prize of EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award — «Master of Innovations». Married and has 3 children.
